Flamingo's First Footsteps

Our new Caribbean flamingo chick hasn't turned pink yet, but the little hatchling is learning to navigate the dirt mounds and shallow waters of the pond flanking our Aquatic Birds exhibit. After watching our tot take its first steps, book it to the Bronx to see our meet the colony up close.
